Hi Ryan, The error TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/OfflineConversionAdjustmentFeedService#errors> means that the conversion adjustment was created too early. According to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#validation_rules_3>, the conversion has to be already reported before it can be adjusted. Could you confirm if you have already reported the conversion before adjusting it? If yes, could you please provide the complete SOAP request and response logs via *reply privately to author* so I could further check?
