Hi Archit, This functionality has not changed recently. Can you please share the display campaign id for which you were able to set the CRM user list so that I can troubleshoot the issue? For Display campaigns, the only option at the campaign level for CriterionUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CampaignCriterionService.CriterionUserList> is to exclude those criteria. For more information please refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#limitations>. You can use 'Replay privately to author' option while responding.
