Hi Dominik, This feature, I'm afraid, was not made available in any recent versions of the AdWords API. Additionally, we do not recommend retrieving reports every fifteen minutes due to the availability of actual performance data. You may want to review our data freshness <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2544985?hl=en> guide for more information on how efficient you can retrieve data after a given period.
