Hi, The fields you mentioned are still not available via the AdWords API. You can refer here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports> for the list of all currently supported fields. You may continue to follow our blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/adwords_api> for updates.
