Hi, The daterange <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService.Selector#daterange> field is only used by the report download service. For all other services, it is ignored. You could filter based on the BudgetOrder.startDateTime <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#startDateTime> or BudgetOrder.endDateTime <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder#endDateTime>.
