Hi, I'm trying to track down the cause of exceptions raised when trying to 
update a user list on behalf of a partner. The update to the list occurs 
daily and succeeded up until today, when I got back the error in the 
question title. I see that there's been a recent change 
<https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/9158709?hl=en&ref_topic=29265> 
to the Customer Match policy. Is that what's causing this list mutation to 
fail, or is it something else?
