Since there is no direct way to achieve this, you can just reverse engineer 
the process mentioned in the ad customizers 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers> guide. 
You can use the AdCustomoizerFeedService.get() 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdCustomizerFeedService#get>
 to 
retrieve the FeedNames and then use them to identify if they were used in 
the Ad via the fields mentioned in this section 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers#use_the_feed_in_an_ad>.
 
You can use the AdGroupAdService.get() 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupAdService#get>
 to 
retrieve the information of those ads.
