Additionally, you should be able to use an approved developerToken for all or AdWords accounts.
As for secondary developerTokens, you may contact the AdWords Compliance team via this link <https://services.google.com/fb/forms/apicontact/> for further assistance and to confirm whether this is allowed or not.
