Based on that, you may be able to leverage the Product Partition Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/product-partition-report> or Criteria Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report> with criteriatype = PRODUCT_PARTITION. Reports are the recommended approach when the number of entities you are trying to retrieve is higher.
