Hi Michael, Unfortunately, there is no report type that can retrieve audience level statistics and location data together. For location type reports, only the Geo Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report> and Campaign Location Target Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-location-target-report> are available.
