Hello Carmine, When the Device <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report#device> field is UNKNOWN it will result into blank space in the report, you could treat them as others/Unknown device types. However could you share the report definition that you are trying so that I can take a closer look. You could use reply privately to the author option while sharing the details requested.
