You could refer the code sample AddExpandedTextAdWithUpgradedUrls.php <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Fgoogleads%2Fgoogleads-php-lib%2Fblob%2Fmaster%2Fexamples%2FAdWords%2Fv201809%2FAdvancedOperations%2FAddExpandedTextAdWithUpgradedUrls.php%23L53-L56&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNGW6uYR3m0L572GDYL9PbDLtllOCQ> and add those new fields to the Ad.
