Hello Mahadevan, There is a limit on the number of operations per request 5,000. But for performance reasons we typically recommend passing no more than 2,000 operations per request. You could refer this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/limits#general> for more information and you can refer here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/faq#operations> the way operations are counted. Also they will be able to add/remove up to 1000000 members to a member list <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdwordsUserListService.MutateMembersOperand#memberslist>.
