Hi, I'm afraid, the Google Ads API Beta doesn't have available service yet that could get the account hierarchy. I cannot tell on if and when this feature will be available. However, you may want to follow our blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any update regarding this.
