Hi Sam, Mutating labels are supported in batch processing.
You can see different label operations here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#supported_operations>, and may use corresponding service to perform batch jobs for it. Additionally, if you're encountering Rate Limit Exceeded <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#RateExceededError.RATE_EXCEEDED> errors when performing large amounts of label operations without batch processing, the best thing to do here is to apply for standard access <https://services.google.com/fb/forms/standardaccess/> (if you currently have basic) or wait until the following day before making service calls again.
