Hi Pablo, The error INVALID_USER_LIST_ID <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdwordsUserListService.MutateMembersError#reason> is encountered when you are trying to mutate a user list Id that does not belong to your account. Could you try running the AdwordsUserListService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdwordsUserListService#get> and see if the results will return the user list Id you have specified?
If it was not returned, this means that the user list id you specified does not belong to the account you are using.
