Hello, It is currently not possible to get the remaining budget via the BudgetOrderService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService> in AdWords API. At the moment, there is no timeline available as to when this will be supported by the API. You could get a rough idea of amount spend by checking cost <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#cost> from any of the supported reports during a given period. My suggestion is to keep an eye on our blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/adwords_api> for updates on the AdWords API and the new Google Ads API.
