Hi Sebastian, When you created the BasicUserList, had you provided the id field of the conversion tracker as stated in this section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#visitors_who_took_specific_actions> of the guide? A sample code is also given in the same section. For your reference, this section of guide will give you the audience types you can construct. The RuleBasedUserList is based on rules applied to the parameter values of your remarketing tag for non-conversions actions. Please note that pre-populating existing users is for Display Remarketing only as stated in this section <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6178664> of Help Center.
