Hello Chirag, If you're using AdGroup Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report>, this will generate the Impressions and Clicks at the AdGroup level. If you're looking for campaign level clicks and impressions, you may sum up all the clicks and impressions for all the AdGroups in the campaign. You may also use the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> to pull the Clicks and Impressions metrics at the campaign level. You may also refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports> on how the API reports map with the UI.
