Hi Qaiser, Unfortunately, joining the Age Range Performance report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/age-range-performance-report> and the Gender Performance report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/gender-performance-report> is currently not supported. You would need to generate the two separate reports to get this information. Please keep an eye on the blog <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/> for any future updates.
