Hello Divya, You will be able to get the changes made to the Campaign using the CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerSyncService> and CampaignChangeData <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerSyncService.CampaignChangeData>. This service will return changes on a customer account based on the given date range as long as it is within the last 90 days.
