Could you please confirm are you running the code against the client
customer id of the production or test account? Please note that when you
are using test accounts
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#additional_characteristics_of_test_accounts>,
the TrafficEstimatorService will return dummy data. For more information
please refer to this
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/traffic-estimator-service#process_the_response>
document.
