Hi Kevin,

My apologies as we can only provide support to issues/concerns that are
specific to AdWords API. As this seems specific to Google+ API, I would
recommend that you post your concern in this link
<https://developers.google.com/+/web/support> instead as they are more
equipped in assisting you on this.

Best regards,
Jaki
AdWords API Team

Hi,

I got an email saying that Google+ OAuth scope requests are being
deprecated: https://developers.google.com/+/api-shutdown
and that I'm using the plus.me Product Scope for my AdWords API requests.

I don't believe I'm explicitly asking for that scope, but it's getting
automatically added when I request tokens.

When I request the following scopes:

"scope=https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
<https://nam06.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.email&data=02%7C01%7Ckeau%40microsoft.com%7C07db1501454a436c135e08d686309dd6%7C72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7C1%7C0%7C636843940696991146&sdata=r%2Brzp3uoxE6oxUN2ibgBg9G8WUP9Yx77mDL6uRFOkrE%3D&reserved=0>

I get the following scopes in the reply:

which includes the soon-to-be deprecated scope.

Is there any guidance on how to deprecate this usage? I don't believe I'm
using plus.* scopes anywhere else.

Best,
