Hi Chirag,
Could you try removing the ENHANCED_CPC in your report definition? To
clarify, the AdWords API release version 201802 and onwards doesn't support
ENHANCED_CPC
as a BiddingStrategyType
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report#biddingstrategytype>
anymore.
