Could you confirm if you are using the AdWords API
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/start> or the Google
Ads API Beta <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/start>? If
you are using the Google Ads API Beta, you could refer to the
CustomerService.MutateCustomer()
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.services#google.ads.googleads.v0.services.CustomerService>
and
edit the Customer
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.resources#customer>
class (auto_tagging_enabled, final_url_suffix, etc.). However, some
settings from the screenshot you sent cannot be set in the Google Ads API
Beta.
If you are using the AdWords API, you can also use the
CustomerService.mutate()
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerService#mutate>
method to set your Customer
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerService.Customer#top_of_page>
settings. However, some settings also cannot be set in the AdWords API.
