I'm afraid that this is currently not possible. Only the information
included in the MutateMembersReturnValue
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdwordsUserListService.MutateMembersReturnValue>
will
be returned. No progress status will be included.
Progress information can only be seen through the Google Ads UI as
mentioned here
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_considerations>
<https://cases.corp.google.com/>.
