To get the details of all of your Google Ads accounts (the accounts you
have access to), you could use the CustomerService.getCustomers
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerService#getcustomers>
operation without specifying the Client customer id in the header. This
operation will return all the accounts that the email address have access
