With the latest changes as mentioned in this blog

you will need to use FeedItemTargetService to add the targeting options for
FeedItems. You may use the specific FeedItem type (Sitelink, Price etc) or
set it using the feedItem target instance. You may refer to the code sample
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/cf5dac403a4e5749686a55570b21d97cacef3c1a/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201809/extensions/AddSiteLinksUsingFeeds.java#L423-L434>
as
