To implement these demographics, you could use both the
AdGroupCriterionService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService>
and the CampaignCriterionService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CampaignCriterionService>
for setting up criteria on the ad group level and the campaign level
respectively. You could also refer to our sample codes
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/targeting>
(also available in different languages) on how to implement this.
