In AdWords API it's possible to make changes to multiple entity types using BatchJobService, for example create a campaign, ad group and ad in the same request. Is it possible to do the same using Google Ads API? The documentation mentions mutate methods, but each mutate method seems to accept only one entity type, so multiple requests need to be made instead of just one.
