You will be able to pull the conversion trackers available in the account
using the ConversionTrackerService.get()
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/ConversionTrackerService#get>
operation.
This will return the specific conversion tracker name along with
the conversion tracker settings. If you're looking to get the total
conversions associated with any tracker, I'm afraid it is not possible
through the API services. You could try using the
ConversionTrackerId
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#conversiontrackerid>
, ConversionTypeName
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#conversiontypename>
to
pull the conversions associated with the tracker via reports.
