Hi Divyesh,
The error you encountered seems specific to PHP client library rather than
the AdWords API. This said, I would suggest to post your issue on this link
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/issues> as the client
library owners of PHP are better equipped to assist you here.

I got the error in first call API.
