I have Few questions related to Ad Extensions Report 1) How I can get Extensions View and Association View, How I differentiate it? 2) How I can get the level for the Extensions (Campaign/Account/AdGroup) as shown here https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/uireports under Ad Extensions Report.
