There is currently no way using the AdWords API to look up which client
account the feed belongs to using only the feed ID. As suggested by my
colleague Luis, you can generate a Placeholder Feed Item Report
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report>
for
all your accounts in order to identify which account the FeedId
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#feedid>
belongs
to.
Also, REMOVED entities can still be retrieved by using that value for the
Status
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#status>
field, explicitly as a predicate.

So, the process goes like this. Once the feed is created into Adwords, I
store the feed Id and Feed_item_Id into my database. And, I can see that a
particular feed has got generated and the feed_id and feed_item_id
generated is tored into my database. But I am not able to find the feed in
Adwords. Even if the feed is deleted from Adwords, I will still get that
feed_id with status as 'Removed' using the selector right?
