I am afraid that we don't have sample code to create the campaign in
laravel. However, you can check AdWords API create campaign code
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201809/BasicOperations/AddCampaigns.php>
and
use the same logic to your code at your end.
