The ad '3...2' is MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupAdService.MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd> which is an enhanced form of ResponsiveDisplayAd <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupAdService.ResponsiveDisplayAd>. Using AdGroupAdService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupAdService#get> you only get these fileds <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupAdService.MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd#field> which are supported for MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd. That said, image ad url is not available using API. Let me know if you have any further questions.
