The segments.conversion_action fields are selectable in v1. Please check
this
section
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/release-notes#reporting>
of
the guide as a reference. Based on the logs shared, it looks like you're
using v0. Could you please try these with the latest client library using
v1 and let us know if you're having an issue?
