The shopping campaign in Google Ads API is currently supported, but is
still limited. You may check this guide
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/shopping-ads/overview>
for the current limitations of shopping campaigns. Any changes of products
in the Merchant Center would automatically be reflected to Google Ads as
long as your Google Ads account and Merchant Center accounts are linked

Need to automatically setup Google shopping campaigns via Ads API based on
