Hi Alexis,
I'm afraid there is no way to determine via AdWords API on which device ID
or IP address does the event happen in your Google Ads. The AdWords API
could only detect the device
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#device>
(device
type only) through reports and not the specific device ID or IP address of
the user.
