To get the cpc of an ad group and a keyword, you could try and use the
fields ad_group.cpc_bid_micros
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/ad_group#ad_groupcpc_bid_micros>
and keyword_plan_keyword.cpc_bid_micros
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/keyword_plan_keyword#keyword_plan_keywordcpc_bid_micros>
and
use the segment.date
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/segments#segmentsdate>
to filter out to get the equivalent value for a specific date. As for the
campaign level, you could use the
campaign.percent_cpc.cpc_bid_ceiling_micros
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/campaign#campaignpercent_cpccpc_bid_ceiling_micros>
field.
You could try this out and let me know if you have further clarifications.
