The attribute equivalent to datauploadresult
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdwordsUserListService.CrmBasedUserList#datauploadresult>
in
AdWords API is currently not available in the user_list
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/fields/user_list>
resource of the Google Ads API. I will share this as a feedback to the
team. You could keep an eye on our blog

updates about the upcoming releases.
