You may use the Keyowords Performance Report

for
keywords and locations respectively. For all other criteria, you will be
able to use Criteria Performance Report
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report>
and
filtering the data based on the CriteriaType
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#criteriatype>.
