Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no way to get the ID before creating the campaign
using Google Ads API. You can reach out to to the Hotel Partner API Team
<https://developers.google.com/hotels/hotel-ads/dev-guide/where-to-get-help>
to
see if there is a way to do it from there.
Once you link your account, you can find the ID on Tools -> Linked
accounts-> Google Hotel Ads Center in the UI.
