The Audience Performance Report

will return the Criteria
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/audience-performance-report#criteria>
field in the format boomuserlist:123456 when the criteria is a user list.
To get more details for each identifier, you will need to use the
AdwordsUserListService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdwordsUserListService>
to retrieve UserList objects where the id
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdwordsUserListService.UserList#id>
matches the identifier. Please check the linked guide for more details
about the criteria prefixes
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#criteria_prefixes>
in reporting.
