MutateMembers operation is not yet supported through the Google Ads API. If
you are looking to update the user list and not the members in the user
list, you can use the MutateUserLists
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.services#userlistservice>
to
perform the update operation. Please keep an eye on our blog
