Hi, Are the targeting limits on the Google Ads Account Limits <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6372658?hl=en> are soft limits that can be edited or hard limits that cannot be changed? If so, is there a way to reach higher values?
For example - "5 million ad group targeting items per account" to 10 million?
