Thank you for sharing the details privately. Based on the logs, can you
make sure to use the client customer Id in the format (123-456-7890) as
mentioned here

Also, it looks like the end point you're using is for a CampaignService.
Please refer to this example

to
download the report and make sure to use the report download endpoint.
