For manual CPC bidding strategy you could use the MANUAL_CPC enum value as
BiddingStrategyType
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.enums#google.ads.googleads.v1.enums.BiddingStrategyTypeEnum.BiddingStrategyType>.
Also, a new version v1 for our Google Ads API
