Although there isn't a field corresponding to CombinedApprovalStatus from
AdWords API, you can use the AdGroupAdPolicySummary
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.resources#adgroupadpolicysummary>
to
get similar data.
