Hello,
The SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED error usually occurs when the developer token is
approved for a different product and trying to use for the Google Ads API.
You could share the Manager account's customer Id that is having the
developer token to see if the developer token is approved for Google Ads
API or to a different API. Please use reply privately to the author option
while sharing the information requested.
